*Monday, 10/20:  pages 1-2 → intro to diamond problems


*Tuesday, 10/21: pages  3-7→ coordinates on a graph


*Wednesday, 10/22: NO MATH (early release)


*Thursday, 10/23: page 12 then pages 8- 10→ coordinate graph & patterns; RETAKE of unit 1 test, if needed


*Friday, 10/24: pages 121, 13-14 → as table group for patterns and guess and check tables

*Thursday, 10/16: FIELD STUDY day


*Friday, 10/17: UNIT 1 TEST

*Monday, 10/13:   TURN in packet 3; Get Packet Part 4 pages 1-4 → write equation given pt & slope  THEN exit slip on writing equation from pattern, graph, table


*Tuesday, 10/14: exit slip for writing equation from a graph; Part 4 pages 5-7, 10 → write equation given 2 points on line


*Wednesday, 10/15exit slip for writing equation when given two points; pages 11, 13, 16, 17 (if working diligently, you can stop at end of class and not finish–so pick and choose what you want to work on)


*Thursday, 10/16: FIELD STUDY day


*Friday, 10/17: exit slip on ALL the things from the unit!Part 4 pages 18, 20-23  (if working diligently, you can stop at end of class and not finish–so pick and choose what you want to work on)

*Tuesday, 10/7: *Turn in packet 3 and get the final packet 4 from unit 1; pages 1 & 2 → operations with absolute value


*Wednesday, 10/8: pages 3 & 4 → evaluate an expression when given a value


*Thursday, 10/9: FIELD STUDY day


*Friday, 10/10: NO SCHOOL

*Monday, 10/6:   WS & WORKSHEET graph equation w/o table


*Tuesday, 10/7: Exit Slip then  notes on pages 20-23 (rewrite # 11 & 12 together on p 22 before graphing)  rewrite equation into slope-intercept form then graph w/o table


*Wednesday, 10/8: pages 24-27 → write an equation of a line given slope and points; turn in packet 3 when done (today or Monday) & get final packet 4 for unit 1 on Monday, 10/13

Tuesday, Sept. 16:  (get NEW part 3 packet) *Part 3 pages 1-4  multiply and divide integers

Wednesday, Sept. 17: EARLY release → NO math

Friday, Sept. 19Part 3 pages 5-8 → more multiplication & division of integers (tell students we will do MAPS testing on Monday and Tuesday next week –also Wednesday if many still need to finish up – so bring a book to read if finished early)

Tuesday, Sept. 16:  pages 21, 22, 24, 25 (skip 23 for now)choosing points to create a table
